🛍 FOR SHOPIFY MERCHANTS

Your product gets the eyes. Your Add-to-Cart doesn't.

Every ad click costs money; what the eye does in the next 3 seconds decides if it was wasted. Scan any product page — no app to install, no script, no theme change — and see whether the attention lands on the photo, the price and the button… or just the photo.

PREDICTED ATTENTION — THE PHOTO EATS IT ALL. PRICE & ATC: COLD.

The 3 tells of a template PDP

1

The photo wins everything

Product photography is high-contrast and central — the model (and the eye) locks onto it. Good. But if 80% of the heat stays there, the price and the button never get their fixation, and beautiful sessions end without a cart.

2

The price is typographically invisible

Theme defaults render the price in the same gray weight as the vendor name. The one number that decides the purchase reads as metadata. If the price zone is cold on the heatmap, the visitor scrolls having seen a product but not an offer.

3

The ATC blends into the theme

Themes ship tasteful, on-brand buttons — tasteful means low contrast, and low contrast means cold. Your Add-to-Cart should be the single hottest interactive element on the page. On template PDPs it almost never is.

THE MERCHANT MATH

Say you pay 0.60 € a click and 3% of visitors add to cart. If a hotter price + ATC zone moves that to 3.6% — one visitor in 500 — the same ad budget yields 20% more carts. The heatmap costs nothing and tells you in 30 seconds whether that headroom exists on YOUR page.

FIXES IN THEME-EDITOR VOCABULARY

  • Price: bump to heading size, full text color, right next to the ATC — one visual block 'offer', not scattered metadata.
  • ATC button: solid accent color at full contrast against the section background — check Settings → Colors; 'subtle' is where carts die.
  • Above the fold: photo left, offer block right, ONE badge line (reviews · shipping · returns) — move everything else below the fold.
  • Re-scan after each change: the model is deterministic, so the delta you see is the change you made.
