What counts as one analysis?

One scored page: an uploaded design, or one page of a URL scan. A full multi-device report consumes one credit per page analyzed. Re-analyzing the same unchanged image within 24h is free (cache).

Do I need a credit card for the free plan?

No. Email sign-in, 10 analyses a month, forever. The PDF export carries a small watermark — that's the only catch.

What does white-label mean exactly?

On Agency, PDF reports carry your logo, your agency name and your accent color — nothing from us. Send them to clients as your own deliverable.

How accurate is the prediction?

Heatpoints runs UniSAL, a peer-reviewed saliency model benchmarked on public datasets (SALICON, MIT300). Prediction is a pre-publish signal, not a replacement for real analytics — we're explicit about what it can and cannot see.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, from the customer portal in one click. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. Annual plans are ~20% cheaper.
